Shipping & Returns
- Total Delivery Time (20-25 working days) = Processing Time (15 working days) + Shipping Time (5-10 working days)
In most cases, you will receive your dress after 20 days for US, CA, AU and UK customers because BestPromShops only use DHL, UPS and FedEx for better shipping experience.
- Tracking ID will be sent to you for you to check the delivery status after your dress is shipped.
- BestPromShops accepts return request with quality issues, like defective or wrong size, and wrong color. Please contact BestPromShops within 3 days after you receive your dresses. Return items must be completed, unused, unwashed with original tags and package.
- BestPromShops COULD accept return request if issues caused by customers themselves, for example, choosing wrong color, wrong size or wrong style (don't love the style after tried), but customers need pay the shipping fee to send the dress back, plus a restocking fee (15% of the order amount), because the all the dress are made to order and couldn't be re-used.
- All products should be in original condition, we can't accept that it has been washed, used, altered.
